Should you choose to give birth in a hospital setting, you have the choice to bring a professional labor support person, also known as a doula. A doula’s role is to provide continuous emotional and physical support during labor and birth.
If you would like to have a midwife as your doula, I can provide this service in Charlotte hospitals. I also recommend Erika Gebhardt as an experienced doula in the Charlotte area. Erika is also my apprentice.
